  1. Go to http://192.168.2.1
  2. Click How do I change the Sympatico user ID and password that I previously entered into the Home Networking modem? on the left side of the page.
  3. Enter your user ID (b1 number) and password.
  4. Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.
  5. Wait 30 seconds.
  6. Close and reopen your browser to complete this process.
